The room was a nice size with a private balcony. the staff was competent. - the setting of the hotel was spectacular.

Everything was simply really good. We had a BRILLIANT trip with large breakfast. Really enjoyed professional staff from the moment we arrived. The hotel had a spectacular position, really close to the town centre.

It has stunning and fantastic location in Hon Gai district adjacent to the cave, which is way too touristy, and other boats.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a cruise in Ha Long and it was an amazing experience. The ship was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. I was particularly thrilled with the stunning views from my cabin, which had generous-sized windows overlooking the breathtaking bay and islands. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. Special thanks to Vinh for making our anniversary celebration extra special with a beautiful bouquet of roses and a delicious chocolate cake. The activities offered were enjoyable, including a visit to a pearl farm and a glimpse into the sea "gypsy" way of life. The Jacuzzi bathtub in my cabin was a delightful feature, especially when enjoying the magical night views. The food served on board was of high quality, although the portion sizes for appetizers and main courses could have been more filling. Despite the limited Wi-Fi availability, it didn't bother me as I was able to fully immerse myself in the peaceful and serene nature of Ha Long. I highly recommend this cruise for anyone looking for a Majestic and unforgettable experience.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. the bathroom in my cabin was small and lacked a separate shower, relying solely on a handheld shower attached to the jacuzzi.

This place was a comfortable place to stay for one night, with enjoyable food and friendly staff. Our room even had a kitchenette. A big thank you to the manager for making our stay great.

Overall, everything was great during our entire holiday to Vietnam. the room at Signature Halong Cruise was spacious and luxurious, equipped with a safe, sofa bed, and central heating. the setting near the calmer bay, the port, and transportation from Hanoi was gorgeous.

We loved the cozy atmosphere of this intimate hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and offered a wide variety of delicious options. The stunning location provided easy access to transportation from Hanoi. Plus, being just 1 km away from Eco Cafe, which serves quick and tasty meals, was very convenient.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the boat had a cozy and intimate ambiance with plenty of public areas to relax and socialize. the meals were delicious and the portions were generous. the activities, especially kayaking, were memorable and enjoyable. the transfers and reception were efficient and well-organized.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. the location was stunning, surrounded by breathtaking views of the beautiful bay. We really enjoyed the activities, especially the visit to the pearl farm and the sea gypsies. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised by the bouquet of roses and delicious chocolate cake that were given to us as an anniversary gesture!

The room we were given was not the one we had expected, which was disappointing. the air conditioning in the waiting area was not strong enough for the number of people there.
